Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Android games and this website published by Hyper Fan Games under the developer name Hyper Fan Games. By installing or using a game you agree to them. Your download from Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer or extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it.

3. Ads and in-app purchases

• Our games are free to download and supported by advertising.
• The truck simulator may offer optional in-app purchases.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. Prices, billing and refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• In-game items and currency are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out.

4. Virtual items and progress

Progress is stored on your device. If you uninstall a game, clear its data or change devices, local progress may be lost. We may adjust or remove in-game content in updates, but we will not remove a paid entitlement without a reasonable replacement or remedy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the games for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Google Play policies.
• Do not modify, hack or use unauthorised software to alter gameplay or ad delivery.
• Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not copy, resell or commercially exploit our games, artwork, music or branding.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the games (code, artwork, level design, music, trademarks and this website) belong to Hyper Fan Games or its licensors. Indian Truck Driver Sim 2026 is a work of fiction; vehicle designs, company names and locations are original or generic, and the game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, transport company or government body. “Google Play” and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

7. Third-party services

Our games use services provided by Google (Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party content shown in advertisements.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue a game or feature at any time. We do not guarantee that a game will always be available, compatible with every device, or free of errors.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or PKR 5,000.

11. Termination

You may stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you materially breach these terms or misuse the games in a way that harms other players or our services.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
