Data & deletion requests
Our games need no account. If you still want your data removed, here is exactly how, step by step.

Summary: our games do not create accounts, so there is no profile holding your name or email to delete. You can still remove the identifiers used for ads and analytics, the exact steps are below. If you email us, we confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

Step 1: reset or delete your advertising ID
Android 12 and newer
- Open Settings on your phone.
- Go to Privacy → Ads.
- Tap Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
- Optionally turn off Ads personalisation.
Android 11 and older
- Open Settings → Google → Ads.
- Tap Reset advertising ID or enable Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
Step 2: ask us to delete your data
- Email privacy@hyperfangames.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us which game you play and any detail that helps us locate the data, for example a previous email address you used, or your Google Play order number if you purchased something.
- We reply to confirm, delete the data, and confirm again when it is done.
Step 3: uninstall the game
Removing the app stops any further collection. Local progress and settings live only on your device and disappear when you uninstall or clear the app data (Settings → Apps → [game] → Storage → Clear data).
What we delete
- Any support conversation linked to your request.
- Any record tying a device or identifier to you, where technically possible.
- Deletion requests forwarded to Google where their systems hold the data.
We cannot delete records Google must retain for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, or data already aggregated and anonymised.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, with a confirmation email when it is done.
