Exactly what our Android games collect, why, who processes it, and how you can remove it.

1. Who we are
Hyper Fan Games is the developer name under which our Android games are published on Google Play. Hyper Fan Games, Lane 3, House 179, Mohalla National Housing Scheme 1, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi 46000, Pakistan is the entity responsible for those games and for this website.
This policy covers Word Match: Brain Puzzle Games, Indian Truck Driver Sim 2026, any future game that links to this page, and this website. It does not cover third-party sites or app stores.
2. The short version
- You do not need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Free versions show ads through Google AdMob, which processes a device advertising identifier.
- Google Firebase records crash reports and basic usage statistics.
- We do not sell your data and we do not share it with data brokers.
- You can reset your advertising identifier in Android settings at any time.

We do not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, SMS, photos, files, precise GPS location, microphone or camera data.
4. Advertising
Free versions are supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted.
You control this:
- Android 12+: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Ads personalisation.
- Android 11 and older: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- Ad personalisation can also be managed at My Ad Center.

5. Analytics and crash reporting
We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand which features are used and to receive crash reports. This data is aggregated or pseudonymous and is not used to identify you.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details. We receive a purchase token and status so we can unlock and restore what you bought. Google's Privacy Policy applies to that flow.
7. Children
Our games target a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact privacy@hyperfangames.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Sharing and service providers
- Google Play Services and Play Billing for distribution and payments.
- Google AdMob and its ad partners for advertising.
- Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting.
- Legal authorities, only where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
9. How long we keep data
Crash and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated. Purchase tokens are kept while needed to support restores. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Advertising identifiers are managed by Google and your device settings.
10. Security
Data exchanged with Google's services is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to any backend tooling is limited to the studio owner with strong authentication, and we keep our SDKs current.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@hyperfangames.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
12. Deleting your data
Our games do not create accounts, so there is no profile to delete, but you can still remove the identifiers our partners use. Step-by-step instructions are on our data deletion page.
13. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan. Our providers (Google) may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when we add features or SDKs. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
